Returns and cancellations

This page describes general rules for cancellations and refunds for bookings or services arranged through the studio. Specific terms on a booking confirmation may take precedence.

Cancellations

Where a booking can be cancelled, the applicable time window and any fee are stated at the time of booking or in written confirmation. Cancellations submitted after that window may not be refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Non-attendance

Failure to arrive during a reserved window without prior cancellation may be treated as used time under the published rules.
